In regard to complex systems such as High Density Storage Systems, you give us info on the space available, we confer with the client to confirm media type(s) and we provide optimal layouts and budgets for the space. Plus we provide CAD drawings that can be dropped into your client’s floor plans.

Since we represent over 3000 vendors, we can provide product options and budget information on just about any client need. Furthermore, we don’t “push” a particular vendor’s solution.

We help identify the most appropriate, cost effective, and in many cases, the most advanced product for your requirements. We do not charge for this research and option presentation service.

And you can rely on us to do a complete order-to-install process for client satisfaction. This frees you to do design and rely on us for the nitty-gritty of getting it on order, managing the incoming product, and project managing the install. You will often act as the client’s representative, focusing on what you do best.

If your project is over 250 employees, it is probably best for you to retain an architect / interior designer and use Indoff as a reliable, cost effective supplier and installation project manager.

If your project is under 250 employees, Indoff can provide design services, layouts and product options or work with your designer. If you use Indoff as your supplier, design services are included with your product acquisition. If you simply need design services from Indoff and want to do your own acquisitions based on those designs and specifications, we charge 2.5% (fees vary locally) of the initial budget estimate to prepare drawings and prepare product list specifications.

We do design layouts, perspective drawings, and “design concept” boards so you can see in advance what your office/workspace will look like. No charge for this service when you use Indoff as your supplier.
